Process Flow
Raw material + masterbatch → mixing → vacuum feeding machine → hopper dryer → single screw extruder → color line extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum forming tank → cooling tank → haul-off machine → cutting machine → discharging rack.

PVC profile vacuum forming table Features

table automatically, etc.
3. This Vacuum Calibration Tank is one of assitant machines in plastic pipe production line. It is used
to make material from extruder shape and cool down.
4. We will change the quantity of vacuum pumps and water pumps, and the length of table according
to the diameter of pipes, the wall thickness of pipes.

Application
1. This line is used for production PVC/PC decoration material with different shape and size for different application (Including PVC/PC plastic doors and windows profiles, decorative plates, tiny foaming profiles and decorative plates, etc)
2. Vocuum calibration platform is used to cool, vocuum and calibrate PVC ceiling wall panel, we use water to cool PVC ceiling wall panel.
